Our History

Prime Healthcare MN was founded by two healthcare professionals with a shared commitment to improving care in the community. Olu Dawodu, a psychiatric nurse with over 15 years of mental health experience, and Wasi Soboyede, a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive medical and community care experience, recognized the gaps in care for residents requiring both medical and emotional support while improving advocacy.

With a deep understanding of the unique needs of residents, Olu and Wasi were motivated to create an environment where individuals can receive the personalized, compassionate care they deserve.

Prime Healthcare MN was established to bridge the gap in community care, providing comprehensive support that promotes independence, stability, and well-being. Our expertise in psychiatric care allows us to manage complex health concerns, but it’s our personal commitment to our residents that truly defines our care. Wasi (Wosilat) Soboyede, FNP

Founder & CEO

Wasi Soboyede, a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner, brings extensive experience in both medical and community care. With her background in community settings, Wasi has a deep understanding of the unique challenges residents face and is committed to improving patient outcomes through holistic, compassionate care. She continues to expand her expertise by pursuing a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certificate, broadening her ability to serve residents with both physical and mental health needs. As Founder and CEO of Prime Healthcare MN, Wasi is focused on creating a supportive environment where residents receive comprehensive care that addresses both their medical and emotional well-being.

Olujimi Dawodu, RN, PMHNP-DNP Candidate

Co-founder & Director of Nursing

With over 15 years of experience working with the mental health population, Olu Dawodu’s career spans both community and inpatient care. His early experience in group homes allowed him to connect with patients in the community, while his 12 years at M Health Fairview Riverside—first as a psychiatric associate and now as a psychiatric nurse—has given him deep insight into managing patients during acute phases of care. His comprehensive understanding of mental healthcare, from community support to crisis intervention, drives his practice and commitment to delivering tailored, compassionate care. Currently pursuing his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Psychiatric Mental Health, Olu is dedicated to applying his expertise at every level of care as the Director of Nursing at Prime Healthcare MN.
